Mimi's Coffee was founded in 2023 by Nate and Conor, who met at The Liberties College. It started small: a coffee shack on Westmoreland Street, selling every coffee for €3 while it was there.
From there it moved to 32 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, where it's traded since. It's rated 4.8 from 209 reviews on Google, for specialty coffee and fresh bakes.
